AWA Holbox Hotel Boutique - Beach Front

We especially loved the staff! The infinity pool was really cool and the rooftop as well. Our room was so nice, it was so great waking up looking out at the ocean every morning.

The room is quite small and lacks a lot of amenities (no fridge, no slippers, …) We booked a room with ocean view, it’s more bar/restaurant view with a glimpse of the ocean. The room is not soundproofed, we were woken up by the noise and the discussions from the room next to us at 6am followed by the noise from the renovation/construction workers. What a good way to start a supposed to be relaxing vacation. The value for money isn’t there, the hotel is aspiring to be a luxury hotel, without putting the means and efforts to get there. The beach is few centimeters deep, which isn’t ideal for swimming. Also you only have 8 beds for all the hotels guests and visitors. The only positive note of this stay is the fuego restaurant, the food is amazing, so is the staff. Although, be ready to get invaded by flies while eating.

We rented a very expensive room and was under the swimming pool and was a constant noise all night long , was impossible to steep , the other day we was going to leave no one in the hotel had a taxi number that we could call to go to get our ferry was a nightmare to come back to cancum from there! They say you have to tell them you need a taxi one day before, but they told us in the morning we were leave they did not told us when we got there! Food is perfect but none more than that! To expensive for all the issues they have!

Lindo el Hotel , fuimos por trees días y la pasamos muy rico !!! Nos divertimos y también descansamos y disfrutamos de las instalaciones, la comida muy rica, la atención y la cordialidad q nos dio Ricardo fue excelente

The check in service was great. However, there was no crib when requested prior to trip and overall not family friendly at all. There were not enough chair or bed for us to lounge as they were taking very early and would remain all day. The room continued to have a leak and drainage issue that would flood the room and make it smell awful every day of the visit. We requested a room with a beach view and did not receive it despite the pictures saying otherwise.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! Absolutely amazing and beautiful! The staff was awesome and super sweet! Would recommend this hotel a million times!!

Si buscas conectar con la naturaleza y olvidar hasta la necesidad de usar calzado, es el lugar perfecto La estructura del complejo te permite disfrutar del mejor atardecer justo desde tu balcon y si lo deseas podras escuchar el oleaje del mar a la hora de dormir De comida sin duda fue de los mejores lugares que hemos probado La atencion del personal es siempre atenta, rapida y eficaz Pero si desean una atencion mejorada no duden en solicitar al concierge Ricardo, ya q su atencion es personalizada la cual en mingun lugar la habiamos tenido =)

Increíble experiencia, la comida fenomenal, las mejores pizzas de la isla, todo muy muy limpio y tranquilo. La pasamos fenomenal.

Desde que llegamos a el hotel la recepción era muy sucia y sin personal. En el checkout también estuvimos más de 10 Minutos esperando a alguien que lo realizara. La comida muy sucia nos tocó pelos y animales muertos lo cual es inaceptable para mi la verdad cero recomendable y en la habitación teníamos cucarachas. Ojalá mejore porque no es lo que promete tiene mejores opciones en la isla que este hotel en general no vuelo al hotel y no lo recomiendo
