Casa Altata Hotel Boutique

Quaint and cozy hotel with a small cafe and delicious breakfast and gourmet coffee included. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the room was very comfortable. The setting would be great for two to three couples traveling together or a family wanting multiple rooms. Each floor has three rooms adjoined by a common area with a kitchenette, dining area and lounge space.

I thought the place is exceptional for the space they have. great personal touches and cool design. Hospitality was good, and staff was friendly. Location is incredible.

breakfast could have been better- we didnt even get to try it on any of the days because typically they took a while to get out.

Incómodo para acceder a las habitaciones, mala calidad del agua caliente, poca disponibilidad y llega tardíamente

service - property does not answer emails and phone calls. They promise an adiitonal room for more guest to join, for 1 month did not answer emails and phone calls. I end up calling booking to ask to contact the property. The room they offered was not available when we arrive and our friends had to move to a different hotel. We were travelling from London and that was abosultely not accetable.

Realmente la decoración de todo el hotel muy linda, con estilo, elegancia y sencillez, muy buena energía, absolutamente todo muy bien cuidado, los desayunos hechos a la orden y nada de esto seria posible sin un buen personal ( todos sin excepción).

Todo estaba muy bien

La decoración es linda y está céntrico en la condesa. Me gusto la idea de que cada piso tiene su salón aunque también eso genera ruido en la mañana.

El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir además la regadera no servia, salían apenas dos mini chorros de agua. También está a un lado de una avenida principal y las ventanas no son dobles así qué hay ruido de calle. No alcancé a desayunar pero el pan que me dieron tampoco era fresco. El concepto y la idea son lindas pero hay muchas mejoras sobretodo por el precio y por nombrarse hotel boutique.
