loved loved loved!!! we ended up here due to our previous noisy hotel, this was everything we could of asked for, we managed to stay here at the end of our holiday too, staff were lovely, the hotel breakfast is SPECIAL! we loved the delicious Mexican breakfast they offer, The bed was so comfy and the room is overlooking the lovely trees outside, loved the communal area for the rooms, it felt like you had extra space, coffee machine and mini bar was a lovely bonus. The area is perfect, quite from the hustle and bustle of mexico city. So easy to walk anywhere and right next to Roma too, great location!

Breakfast was exceptional-- we were so happy to have delightful coffee and food to start our day-- and the staff were so kind and extraordinarily helpful! The unit was super clean. The view from our room was astounding. It felt like we were staying in the trees across from the park in the Condessa. Location was perfect for our needs-- allowed us to explore a neighborhood we had fallen in love with on a prior trip plus there are ample dining options in the area as well. We also loved that the hotel was small, architecturally stunning, and right next door to apartments where people were living. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The room was a bit small by our regular standards and while it didn't get in the way on this visit (we were only there two days) I would have been disappointed if we stayed longer. The layout is interesting because part of the common area outside the door is shared by three other rooms. I didn't dislike it, but I did conflate the common area as being part of our private hotel room when booking. The hotel also feels quite new, and is perhaps getting its footing in some places. Some repairs were needed to a sink in a common area for example. I wouldn't put it at a luxury level just yet, but I did feel very taken care of during our stay.

Perfect location, amazing staff, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. I would return to this hotel as it's very good value for the price. Some other reviewers have complained about the shared sitting room but it's really not a problem - you still have a full hotel room (not super spacious) but there is also a room on each floor with seating, a desk and a coffee/tea station. Small complaints: the shower lacks pressure and the cleaner does not replenish coffee pods in the room each day, you need to go downstairs to ask.
