Very nice boutique hotel. Excellent location in Condesa. Excellent breakfast

Only drawback was the ventilation. The room could get warm at night and opening the windows could be noisy.

Great location in Condesa and easily walkable to Roma Norte. Room was a bit warm and could use ceiling fan or some other mechanism to help keep cool. Not a dealbreaker but room needs a full length mirror.

The hotel was lovely and the staff super friendly! A good base whilst in the city!

Staff were very helpful with all requests. Breakfasts were lovely.

Room could have been provided with better storage for clothes; very minor point.

Had to leave the property, couldnt even stay there for one night. As soon as we arrived, I realized it had been conpletely misrepresented online. The lobby area was small and cramped, it was hard to walk around with luggage. There was just one member of staff and she had a bad attitude when confronted with the fact we were not happy with the accomodation. We arrived on a Saturday evening and there was construction noise that could be heard everywhere, in the room and in the lobby — so we could not rest after a long trip. When we went to the room we discovered that the living area was actually a shared space, and not part of the room as we were led to believe by the photos. The room itself was not very comfortable and when I went inside the bathroom, I saw there was waste inside the toilet and a very bad smell in the bathroom. Additionally, no air conditioning in the room and horrible accessibility. There is no lift and the only way to get thrugh the room is through a very narrow spiral staircase. Overall very bad experience, please consider this information before decididing to stay there.

Casa Altata is a really great space - room is a nice size for solo traveller, bed super comfortable, great shower, nice bathroom. It felt really safe and I liked how it felt like a great treat to end my month in Mexico with. All the staff were super lovely and made my stay great.

There was nothing I didn’t like - some people might struggle with the noise if you’re a light sleeper, but I found it fine.
