Nice common areas

Some of the staff (morning shift in particular) were quite rude and unhelpful. Room wasn’t cleaned on one day, when we pointed this out the next morning, the response was “ok, so?” Room is very small - does not have a closet Bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

I didn’t know the space in front the bedrooms was shared. I wish the cleaner cleaned out bathrooms and provided more towels, just 2 each day doesn’t seem like much to me. The property was in a great location. The food was terrific. I recommend adding a hot sauce. The staff were so kind and helpful. I loved the decor !

Couldn’t fault it !

Cute hotel on the edge of la condesa. The furnishings were warm and cosy and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and you had great options to choose from. The bed was also very comfortable.

Apart from a few hangers, there was nowhere to store clothes unfortunately, so you live out of your suitcase. There are 3 bedrooms set around a communal area on each floor, which at times felt a little invasive as there was minimal sound proofing.

The property is beautifully designed with stylish furniture and fittings. The layout is also very clever - 3 rooms share a lovely lounge. It’s perfect for small groups, family or just sitting up with jet lag without disturbing your partner. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and super helpful.
