The communication prior to arriving to the hotel was already amazing and the staff was so friendly in person. The view is the best part of this hotel, especially the rooftop by the pool (which they also serve banana bread, fruits, and coffee for breakfast). The room was pretty spacious and the air was cold enough, with no issues. Beautiful bathroom as well. We loved our stay so much and really enjoyed it! If you are on the main floor, you will hear people if they are loud though, as the door is kind of thin and as someone who's sensitive to noise, I was surprisingly ok with it, although I prefer it a little quieter, but it was still great.
Location seems difficult at first, but the stairs leading down to the PV malecรณn are easy...it's climbing back up that can be challenging, but not insurmountable. The hotel is lovely, super quiet (no tv in rooms)...view from the rooftop jacuzzi area is spectacular.
