The staff is lovely: friendly, gracious, helpful. Oswaldo, the manager (or, so I believe) is a huge asset to the property. In fact, the best thing about it. This is the 4th or 5th time Iโve booked rooms through Expedia and Iโm not impressed. Overall, most of the pics and descriptions are misleading or false. There appears to be significant โdoctoringโ. As such, the guest arrives with certain expectations and are immediately disappointed when they canโt be met. The photos on Expedia rarely look like the rooms or property in person. Advertised room or hotel amenities are rarely accurate. Hotel Nawalli has the potential to be a 4 star hotel, but itโs between a 2.5-3. The hotel and rooms are clean, but the balconies donโt have much overhang so thereโs no protection from rain. You canโt leave your screen open if itโs raining. My room was comfortable. The bed was nice. A mini fridge came in very handy, but no microwave, despite plenty of room for one. Also, thereโs no TV. The pool is lovely. Never anyone in it so itโs very private. Perhaps itโs because itโs very small. Personally, I like that. Iโve lost a lot of weight and muscle with a health condition and Iโd drown in most pools. This one is safe for young children and elderly. Itโs also warmer spent the size - a feature I personally like. Biggest prob: bugs. Carpenter ants everywhere: room, bed. balcony, hallway. Continental breakfast will leave you starving & I consume 1500 kcal/day. No elevator.
Wonderful place to stay walking distance to Malecon restaurants bars lots of good places to eat the employees so nice and helpful they go above and beyond if you need anything. The pool is wonderful to relax and enjoy the sunset and have a great cold drink. The room was great loved the view every morning.
Beautiful property at the top of a hill overlooks the ocean and beautiful Puerto Vallarta. Very friendly staff. Cute pool aguas frescas by the pool. No TV in rooms. No milk for coffee I would recommend this boutique hotel.
