USGreat location for walking around the Malecon area. The rooms are large, super clean and you great views from the roof! Faviola at reception was very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay and would stay again!
CAGreat location. Faviola is very friendly. The staff cleaned our room very nicely whenever needed. We did not encounter those hot water issues other comments mentioned. The water was fine and hot water was always ready. I guess they fixed the problem. Itโs on top of the hill with excellent view- Quiet and private.

Breakfast was basically nothing. Only few items offered, much less than standard continental breakfast. Ran out of everything and there were only six of us at breakfast. Very poor.
The view of the sky from the top floor is gorgeous, but the pool is also very small fits a max of 2-3 people comfortably. unfortunately the surrounding area is filthy, the streets are filled with a ton of trash bags and smells horrible. The view from my room was just some grass and empty drinking bottles as well. they also state that they serve โcontinental breakfastโ they are only serving fruit and yogurt. and donโt have any lunch or dinner so make sure you are prepared for that. The rooms have air conditioning but as soon as you step out its as if youโre in a sauna, in my opinion it was cooler outside.
USThe staff was exceptional. Fabiola and the man who worked the day prior (I canโt remember his name). They greatly contributed to my stay. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
My bathroom sink was a bit clogged. They should really serve eggs with breakfast.
MXThe roof top pool is fantastic, tranquility and cleanliness are top.
The breakfast is a bit limited, and the steps towards the hotel are steep if you walk back from the malecรณn, but no view without hills, so happily taken those every night.
El staff es impresionantemente amable, desde nuestra llegada, hasta el รบltimo segundo de nuestra estancia, el staff fue muy amable, te hacen sentir en casa, tranquilo. El desayuno muy rico, de los mejores panes de plรกtano que hemos comido. La vista desde la alberca es muy bonita, de las mejores en Puerto Vallarta. Muy cerca de todo, solo bajar escaleras y cruzar una calle y el malecรณn estaba ante nosotros. Excelente opciรณn. Volveremos pronto.
