The staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was well appointed and the products in the bathroom were very nice. The added touches of free snacks and a soft drink minibar was nice. The location of the hotel in Polanco was great.

The option for breakfast would have been nice.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was gorgeous, cleaned to perfection each day of our stay, bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was pretty, scenic, and provided easy access to many museums and restaurants.
