The Myriad Hotel Louisville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This hotel was a whole new experience for me the staff took customer service to the next level. From Stephanie who check me in to jayden the restaurant server to Vanessa and Laura who was present when I checked out. There was more staff that were amazing as well. This hotel could not be in a better location right in the middle of the highlands so everything was all around you. The room was amazing felt more like a loft and not your normal hotel. The hotel was well designed with very unique check in process. I will definitely be back hope the staff will remenber me for making a good impression on them as they did me

Neat spot super nice pool

We stayed here during our trip to Louisville and had a solid experience overall. The location is great—lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel staff actually let us know we didn’t need to pay for parking because there’s plenty of free street parking nearby, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was comfortable but a bit on the dark side. Also, if you’re on the first floor, just be aware that people walking by can easily see into your room unless the curtains are fully closed—not the best setup privacy-wise. But overall, it felt like a safe, well-situated place and worked well for our stay.

Reservation complications.

The staff was really nice and the room was clean and cute if a bit small. The main issue was the noise. We could hear everyone on the streets around the hotel—traffic and people yelling. We barely slept bc of it. The pool is very small but nice and the bar and restaurant by it are great. They were very accommodating! I just wish they had something to drown out the noise. Even within the building you could hear quite a bit.

The most memorable aspects of this facility were the staff (who were all exceptionally pleasant and helpful) and the overall vibe of the venue (particularly the pool area).

Staff was very friendly. Room was pricey for the size but was cute and modern. The bed was like a warm hug.
