The Lodge at Lookout Mountain

The inside of our room was very welcoming and neat and clean. The onky drawback is the parking for The Knoll. But everyone else was great. Great central location to all the places we wanted to visit. We will return.

Nice comfortable beds. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the room.

Our stay was wonderful! The ease of finding the address/location was great - although the location is located right by a busy road we really didn’t notice the traffic noises too much - there was a sound machine provided and the AC unit gave off noise enough to drown out as well - lots of basic items and bonuses were provided in the room, the one thing that would of been nice to have would of been extra towels but we were provided 1 hand/1 bath per person - the location to downtown and lookout mountain are both awesome! We never had more than a 10min drive to where we wanted to go for entertainment - we also were only about 20-30mins from the Train Depot and then also a larger mall/shopping area w restaurants and other things - over all this was a great location and if we come back to Chattanooga we would stay again - the only downfall was that the chairs in the room for the table provided were mostly cracked or broken to some extent - other than that great trip and hotel

10/10 We will definitely book another trip. Had some issues with access but the staff handled it within 24 hours. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Chattanooga area. Mere minutes from nost everything.

Great mountainside motel at the foot of Ruby Falls & Lookout Mountain. Has a sound machine to help drown out road noise. We booked room 1, which features 2 comfortable king beds and ample space for luggage. The room features free Wi-Fi, coffee pods, and an ample supply of towels. The bathroom is spacious and has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The wall unit air conditioner struggled to cool the room to our liking. Warning: The motel is located on a curve, which makes it hazardous to enter and exit the busy roadway.

Good , small but good Off main road so may here some traffic it was perfect for what we needed though quiet for the most part

Everything was very good and clean. We love the retro. The area our place set was in a sharp curve so we had to get out quickly and get in quickly, but the driveway was not conducive for that. The huge potholes bottomed out the truck we were driving when we were attempting to get out one of the times. It’s washed out big ruts at the entrance of the driveway. Other than that, everything was fine.

It was an enjoyable stay. The bathroom was clean and the small space really had everything a couple needs who is in town to explore and sight see. The staff responds quickly when contacted which is a plus. It’s close to a main road, but no noise bothered me. The AC was off when we arrived, but it cooled the room off very quickly. My biggest complaint was there were several gnats on the bedspread, we just took it off. The sheets and other blanket/pillows were very clean. There was only one Keurig pod, so my husband and I shared a cup of coffee 😂 My only suggestion would be to have additional wash clothes. Many people do not like using the same wash cloth each day, they can harbor bacteria, so having at least 1 washcloth per day per person would be ideal. There were extra bath towels, but not wash cloths. It’s close to literally EVERYTHING, so perfect location and we would definitely book again.
