The Lodge at Lookout Mountain

We booked this property for it's proximity to downtown Chattanooga - it that was PERFECT! Easy access to great hikes, nice restaurants, and everything that Chattanooga has to offer. Thankfully we basically only slept here spending most the day exploring. The hotel is right off a busy road so if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room, it will be noisy. Hotel seems like a flipped property, while there is fresh paint, new bathroom and nice little kitchen area, the room lacked some essentials, for example a small chair in the room, more hangers on the rack, a mirror outside of the only one in bathroom and the bathroom could have more simple shelves or more hooks. Im guessing these were once a smoking room as the humid, wet weather brought out odor. If you are just looking for a place for sleep and shower thats affordable, then this would work! OH there is a quaint backyard area that we did take advantage of when we were in between running around. Communication with company was VERY GOOD and I do appreciate that.

This was definitely clumping but it was a very quaint environment.

Convenient location, surprisingly no issue with road noise. Clean and comfy, would stay again.

Loved the room and the decor. My only complaint is too close to the busy highway. Room number 1 has limited sight to access highway when a car is parked between room 2 & 3. Also big drop off as you leave drive. Otherwise enjoyed it immensely.

This property was perfect for what we needed, it’s not a lot of space but they definitely make the most of it. The location was great, being between downtown Chattanooga and Ruby Falls/Lookout Mountain. Would stay here again

Property was very close to a busy road. Other than that it was clean and seemed well cared for.

Check in was super easy. The room is exactly as shown, unfortunately for myself, my floor was not swept or mopped. All of the surfaces were just sort of unkept. The road is very noisy and busy, but the a/c does help drown out most of it, and it’s not bad during normal sleep hours. It is very close to Ruby Falls, which was a plus!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside leaves something to be desired but the interior was nicely updated and comfortable.

Very small, ok for overnight, was very clean,location is close to sights. Traffic verry heavy and noisy all night. No back yard, all flooded and dingy and outdoor trash can had trash all around. If it wasn't as clean as it was, we would of checked out. Who ever does cleaning service, you should keep them.

Fantastic stay! I'll be back for sure. My initial trip was for business/pleasure and I have nothing bad to report. PMI was super responsive for the few questions I had. Close to restaurants, shopping and hiking! Room was clean, comfy and had everything I needed. Thank you so much!
