The Lodge at Lookout Mountain

The staff was very nice and promptly responded to a towel request. We stayed 5 days and needed more towels within no time they had us towels to last our visit. The only complaint I had would be the traffic. The motel perfect location to visit Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain. The are is safe and the scenery is pleasant.

Nice and cozy would definitely stay again

Excellent room in a great location.

Our room was small but it worked for the purpose intended.. a place to lay our heads at night. The property is literally against the highway, and as others have mentioned, there is traffic noise. With the air conditioning on, we barely noticed it. The owners have placed a noise machine in the room but we never needed it. The listing states a kitchenette, but that is pushing it. If you plan to eat, make sure you bring your own plates and bowls for serving. The shower is RV size claustrophobic! With that said, our room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfy. The property is very close to several tourist attractions and we would consider staying here again for the price.

This place is GREAT except for one thing. The room was very comfortable. Great bed, television, refrigerator, microwave. Bathroom was nice. People were nice by text. I have NO problem with anything about the condition of the room. I would give the room itself a 5. However, I chose a 4 due to road noise. I had read that on reviews and thought it would be ok, but it really is an issue. It sounds like they are driving right at your head. There is also train noise and the trash truck comes at 1am. So, for comfort of room and communication - EXCELLENT. I don't want to be negative about anything because of that, but I have to be honest about the noise. I lived at one of the busiest intersections of Moscow for years with windows open and it is no comparison.

Air conditioner in the room was very loud. As well as the traffic along the property.
