The Lodge at Lookout Mountain

It looks deceiving from outside but very clean inside. Shower could use a shelf. Traffic is very busy and loud. You can hear everything outside. You have a hard time seeing around the corner trying to get out of parking lot. It was ok. It’s close to Ruby Falls & Rock City

We did not realize the location was right on a very busy highway! Our shower was super small but clean and we did not have any chairs outside our room as shown in the pictures.

The room was perfect for our overnight stay. The room was super clean and the perfect size for my daughter and I. The mattress was so comfortable. Very easy check in and out.

It was amazing, very nice and clean. Will recommend to other.

Enjoyed our stay. A/C unit could use an update didn’t seem to keep room cool. It rained while we were there and noticed the gutter had a bad leak by our front window. Other than that it was a great visit. Would come back.

The room was exactly as described and as photographed. Cute decor. Clean. Comfy bed. A bit on the small side but comfortable for a couple. There were some reviews that mentioned road noise. It didn't bother me; however a noise machine was provided if needed. Very convenient to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Would definitely stay again.

First, this property is located right off a very busy road during peak hours. Parking is limited to just one spot. The room itself was difficult to maintain a decent temperature since there was just a window unit. The bed was really uncomfortable and noisy. Every time one of us moved it woke up the other. The shower lacks decent water pressure causing your shower to be longer than it should. Lastly, there is no staff on site.

The actual hotel was very nice. Room was small but very clean. The hotel itself looked like a place you take your lady friend for an hour. It's on one of the main highways in and out of the Ruby Falls area and it was extremely noisey. I really loved hearing a huge biker club going up the mountain at 3 am (sarcasim). The walls were extremely thin so you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next rooms. Pictures were Extremely misleading. They charged $100 for a "cleaning fee" for 2 days we were there and we cleaned thoroughly as requested. Renter beware. If you want quiet you won't find it here.
