Such a nice boutique hotel right off the Seawall! The atmosphere was great and the rooftop bar is a must-see. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Staying at Hotel Lucine is a treat. I love its stylish, laid back vibe and friendly staff. A beach lover like me can jump in the ocean across the street and enjoy the ocean breeze on the roof deck. Hotel Lucine is a great escape.

This place is superb! Nice cozy place. The food and service top notch. Bartender upstairs was very friendly and very good. Its now one of my favorite places to visit in Galveston and that means alot as we frequent Galveston.

We had dinner at the Fancy and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fried Vermillion Snapper was excellent. The rooftop bar is a wonderful place to view the coast.

Coffee in the morning was lacking. Happy hour drink prices were the same as regular prices.

The service was exceptional. And although I no longer have a dog, I love that they are pet friendly with any size dog. The only negative, which is of no fault of anyone is that it can still be a little noisy. Woke up to a baby crying, other occupants’ entire conversations, and another room’s alarm going off. And if there is heavy traffic and maintenance going on you can still hear everything. So, I just put on my headphones. The evening was quiet. Room is comfortable. And still got a good night’s sleep. The location is great and the roof top bar offers great views.

Really cool refurbished property. Great retro feel with modern amentities. Very friendly staff, restaurant and multiple bars onsite. Really cool pool area and a fun, fresh design. Definitely seems geared towards adults (although we did see some kids in the pool). On the quieter end of the Galveston Seawall, so there were fewer restaurants within walking distance...but it was quieter and had a LOT less traffic than other hotels we've stayed at on the Seawall. We'll take that tradeoff any day of the week.
