Overall pleasant. Had a room that wasnt cooling, they switched us at our request at 10pm. Very nice ambiance - being adults only.. the rooftop pools and hot tubs are great!

Great hotel, excellent value

**there are two Hotel Mio locations. - in PV and Nuevo Vallarta/Nayarit. Make sure you know which one you’re booking** I had a large panoramic bay view room and it was very nice. Great pillows, but the mattress was too firm for me. Enjoyed the rooftop garden bar and restaurant. Food and drinks were delicious. Wish that the pool had been larger for the hotel guests (guessing that the other pool is for condo owners/guests?). The staff was really accommodating and enjoyed my brief stay. Shout out to Victor who went above and beyond with good service.

Where to begin. We stayed 10 days. Beautiful property. Clean and quiet despite the construction nearby. Food menu wasn’t massive but the food was delicious, good portions and priced well. The staff are amazing. Andreas and Jugo to name just a couple. Andreas you made our stay and went above and beyond. The front desk staff were also helpful and kind. Room was adequate and comfortable, perhaps some more hooks or a dresser would be helpful for longer stays. Transit was right out front and the bus system was easy to learn to sight see and go places like the Malecon etc if I didn’t want to uber. The pool was clean and lovely. A break from the music now and then would be nice for reading or just relaxing. Lots of lounges around and the hot tub was perfect. Hospital and pharmacy close. Everything you could need. This is a gem of a hotel that is well priced and we will definitely be back.

The staff was very nice! We were greeted by Andres and Hugo every morning for breakfast. They made sure we had everything we needed and had a fun time. They gave good recommendations for attractions and sight seeing. The food was great and perfectly portioned and priced for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Each floor had its own ice and water machine to fill your water bottle. The pools were very clean and we spent many days lounging for hours. Big drinks that were cheap. Quick walk to the beach through a public entrance. Can uber everywhere for cheap. 30 minutes to anywhere you need to go.

This was an outstanding hotel to stay at. The price was a third of an all-inclusive and there are three terrific restaurants within a 5-minute walk. There is also a pharmacy 1 minute's walk away. We aren't big breakfast people, so we'd hit the pharmacy to pick up some bottles of yogurt and some packaged croissants. Coffee is served by the front desk each morning. The rooftop pools are very clean, and the main pool is warm. The rooms were very spacious. We took the cheapest room, which had a "tropical" view. It overlooks the construction next door as well as the river and greenery. We were offered an upgrade for a reasonable price, but decided to stay with our original choice as we spent very little time in our room. A big thank you to Victor, who took great care of us while there. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
