Hotel Mio Riviera Nayarit - Adults Only

Great place. However there were times that people were partying till the wee hours on the morning which made sleep a little disrupted. Every now and then there was a sewage type smell coming from the sink. Everything else was great. I recommend this place. There is a building being constructed on the other side of the building from where our suite was, so we felt lucky to not have to face it. Pools and hot tub were great. Food was good but a little pricey compared to other parts of Puerto Vallarta. Could use a little more selection. Drinks were good, but a little on the pricey side as well comparatively. But we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Mío was in a safe and walkable area. Our initial room was noisy due to the gym being above us and upon informing the front desk, Daniel the manager moved and upgraded us to a room with a panoramic view. The bell boy, Ricardo was very attentive at all times and Andres our waiter during breakfast was amazing! Thank you Hotel Mio. We would definitely come back.

Loved my stay! Overall the room was beautiful, it did have a smell coming from their sink that was obviously designed by a amn haha cause theres no space for toiletries. But the hotel staff took care of the smell sonehow. I did get injured on my second day in Mexico at the hotel pool deck, i was walking to the daybed and slipped and hurt my back and cut my left toe pretty bad which resulted in me being super limited to any activities i had planned while in Mexico so that really sucked. But the hotel staff helped bandage it up a couple times. I will definitely be going back. Oh the hotel food was honestly just meh.and very limited in my opinion.

This property has great marketing but when you visit it’s a different story. The food and service was atrocious. I would never stay here again nor would I ever recommend it to my friends/ family. Very underwhelming experience.

One of the controllable parts of guest experience is the customer service. While staying there, I had a poor experience at the restaurant/rooftop dining area and bar. I had a friend join me for dinner, and we went for one drink. Ramon was my server ( greeting me, took my order, delivered my order and brought me my bill). It was 140mx and I gave Ramon 200mx and told him I didn't need change. He was a good server. When leaving towards elevator, I heard a woman screaming 'Miss!! Miss!! You didn't pay!!!' . She was running and yelling though restaurant at me. I was shocked and told her I had already paid Ramon. Her name tag said Josselin. I was upset and embarrassed and told her I didn't appreciate being called a thief. She said it was a mistake but did not apologize. I suggested she ask the server first before chasing a customer and yelling for all to hear, and left. I still had two days of a 5 day stay left, and told both front reception how upsetting it was, as well as the day manager the next morning. I was never followed up with at all. Customer service is completely within Mio's ability to impact, and I left disappointed.

I have been coming to nuevo vallarta for 25 years and have stayed in most properties near the beach. And in this time, i have never ever received worst customer service in my life. The management are rude, aggressive and unwilling to answer questions. We checked out early 20 mins after being berrated by the desk manager infront of other clients. They refused to refund our money stating that it their policy to not issue refunds. Ridiculous treatment.

This new property recently opened so obviously it is in excellent shape. The rooms are a great size with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The rooftop pools are amazing with incredible views. There is the main pool, a smaller pool and a hot tub. I'll definitely be coming back to stay here!

Amazing brand new hotel. We picked this hotel because it is adults only. Only downfall is that it is dog friendly....and the dog in the room across from ours barked all day and night.

Was just what we needed. Great staff
