So thankful for all of the wonderful staff here at Mio, it was such a relaxing time & each staff member took time and care to make sure your trip was totally perfect. Beautiful views and hotel, and it always felt so quiet and not crowded. So much gratitude

Love this brand new Hotel Mio in Nuevo Vallarta. It's brand new and you get the great Mio experience with friendly staff with great drinks and music! A great property with walkable dining options. Quiet and safe with lots of parking. I'll be back!

This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Initially, we had the room 347 right under the gym, some users got there very early in the morning and was very loud banging from dropping dumbbells or stacks, the front desk promptly moved us to a better room. I would recommend they delay the gym opening until 8am for the sake of the guests below. The gym is nice and air conditioned btw. The roof top pool is amazing, plenty of room to get a good spot in the morning. We opted for the breakfast which usually was a very good buffet but a few days were a-la-cart. Not as many options but still excellent. To get to the beach you do have to walk a block or so down to public access but that is ok, a walk will do you good. short walk to the mall and Starbucks at Paradise Village. A few good restaurants next door. Overall, for the good price, it is excellent value and experience.

A find! Clean, with helpful staff, a lovely rooftop pool and lounge area, and a great buffet breakfast -- all for a reasonable price. Great surrounding area, safe, walkable.

Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful specially Ramon. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Only would recommend more maintenance on the pool. Few days main pool was a little dirty. Breakfast was super!

"Amazing stay"

Amazing place to stay. Roof top pools and hot tubs are fantastic along with the resturant. Beach access is a little ways away. The views from the balcony and roof top are so grand!
