Pool was beautiful

It is almost 1:30 am and it is so loud with parties I can’t sleep. Worst hotel experience I’ve encountered in PV. The MIO in PV is excellent, the one in Nuevo is terrible. The room has a bad smell and partying 24/7, no sleep. I would not recommend staying here.

There is 2 hotel mios so be careful your booking the correct one. As we did not. Next door is construction so it’s kind of loud if you’re looking to relax. The food is okay, the service is kind of slow. But for how cheap it is to stay it’s worth the value.

The hotel is really nice and the service is excellent, however there’s a big construction just beside the hotel and is extremely loud that you can’t relax in the pool or in your room from 7am to 6pm every single day. One of the night we stayed, the construction crew was working till 9pm, hammering and making a lot of noise till the point we had to ask for a se one change of room. The staff is very friendly and they helped us with these issues. The service of the staff at the rooftop is excellent.

Rooms were cleaned better 9 am and 5 pm. Sometimes not at all. Elevators need to be cleaned, not much for food choice and expensive for quality. For a newer hotel starting to get very rundown. Not enough maintenance.

Nice clean room and great rooftop pool. Mostly friendly staff but some not able to speak English. Unfortunately the location is too far from everything and has unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. Rental car needed for this area.
