Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et profité des nombreuses commodités comme la salle de sport, les cours de yoga chaque matin, la chambre très confortable, ainsi que le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons particulièrement adoré la situation géographique en plein dans la jungle ainsi que la cenote privative de l’hôtel.

We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! The team went above and beyond to resolve our reservation issue quickly. They also touched our hearts with a surprise gift for our anniversary. Additionally, the private cenote on the property is exceptionally charming and peaceful—a true hidden gem that offers a perfect, quiet escape. Highly recommended!

No funcionava el yakuzzi vinieron varias veces en dos días lo de mantenimiento y no lo arreglaron, cuando hicimos el check out dijimos si nos arreglaban el precio de la habitación, preguntaron al gerente y nos hicieron un 10% de descuento de lo que habíamos consumido… que no tiene nada que ver con lo que vale la habitación. La gente de recepción tanto para el check in y check out muy lentos.

Service and food had room for improvement (room service was awful) - particularly with a flat service charge on everything.

Beim Check-In war die Minibar leer, was uns nicht weiter störte, da wir nicht konsumieren wollten. Beim Check-out wurde uns vorgeworfen, dass wir die gesamte Mini-bar geplündert hätten. Das gesamte Erlebnis war schikanös. Erst mussten wir was unterschreiben, dass wir nichts genommen haben, was gar kein Problem war. Dann wurde jedoch noch unser Gepäck durchsucht, was ein massiver Eingriff in die Privatsphäre ist. Darüber hinaus hat sich der Prozess über 30 Minuten gezogen, womit wir verspätet am Flughafen ankamen. Auch wenn das Hotel schön ist und das Personal am Restaurant nett, war das ein absolutes no-go und enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äusserst unprofessionell und stellte einen nur unter Generalverdacht, was beschämend ist, wenn man berücksichtigt, dass das alles auf einem Fehler des Hotels basiert.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Service was incredible and they made my best friends birthday so special with a carrot cake surprise in her room. Would definitely love to come back, was so unique with the cenote. Staff were super friendly and helpful, always smiling and joking. Didn’t want to leave! Alan and Francisco were very helpful at breakfast times and always helped with our requests. Would recommend stay here anytime - Muchas gracias!

A lot of walking needed - not really a criticism because I enjoy walking but others may find it tiring.
