Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club

Bel resort.. camera grande e tranquilla. Cenote all’interno bellissimo e perfetto nel caso in cui in spiaggia ci sia alga.

Parcheggio per l’auto a 20 dollari al giorno, da pagare in anticipo all’arrivo, veramente troppo. Nel nostro pacchetto, la colazione era compresa, ma il menù era sempre lo stesso, magari cambiare un piatto ogni settimana potrebbe essere un idea..qualora non si voglia il menù compreso, si può ordinare qualcosa da pagare a parte.

The cenote pool was incredible and very clean. Service was 10/10, room was spacious and very comfortable I believe this is Tulums best and could not recommend it enough!

The cenote is beautiful, perfect place to relax after a day of activities. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well designed. Staff are friendly and attentive

The restaurant is v overpriced compared to those nearby which is a shame. I was travelling on my honeymoon and the quotes for a private dinner or room decorations were outrageous. Some charges and holds seemed excessive, there's a ~$20 per day service charge which will be in the fine print of your booking which is easily overlooked.

As instalações, tem bicicletas disponíveis.

Compramos o jantar de ano novo e dizia que teria DJ e show. Pagamos 300 dólares por pessoa e os artistas eram desanimados e o DJ não apareceu. Não valeu o preço.

היה קצת רעש של חיות בגג החדר כנראה פלשה משפחת רקונים אבל צוות המלון הציעה לי מיד חדר אחר

Dos hotéis de tulum, ele foi o que ofereceu mais conforto (ficamos em 3 diferentes). O quarto é mais luxuoso que os demais e você se sente mais seguro . O cenote é lindo

Única ressalva é que infelizmente não é beira-mar, o que tira um pouco aquele clima de estar em Tulum. Mas a localização é excelente. Do lado de todos os restaurantes

- the reason i would never come back here is the „service fee“ you pay at the checkin. we payed the whole amount on booking. and then they tell you, that you have to pay some service fee for everything else. it was 100$ for 3 nights additionally on the price. this is exactly why tulum is going to be empty in some years. - breakfast: just coffee americano included. have you guys ever been to another hotel? you charge 400$ a night and you can not offer your guests like a espresso or cappucino in the morning? never seen something like that. - breakfast choices: again not seen like this before. you can choose between 5 options. - 20$ for parking in the jungle? at this price for a night? again: this is not standart for this price class. - everything you take, 15% is added as a service fee. 15% on the already astonishing prices. i want to decide when i tip or not and how much.
