Muy agradable la estancia y las instalaciones

The hotel is beautiful. Is far from crowded places. Unfortunately I had to leave around 7:30am but I couldn't take a shower because there was no water in the shower, I spent an hour talking to whoever I could find (front desk doesn't arrive until 7). I don't know what happened or if this is normal but the water was back at 730.

I really enjoyed staying at Naay boutique hotel Luis the waiter was amazing and very helpful Reina in the front was very helpful and took care of us. Very good. I highly recommend this place. There's a lot to do around Beach area it's a nice walk to the plaza The sunset is breathtaking. It's beautiful and I would definitely go back

The location is forfeous nd the pool is pretty great. The food at the restaurant was not very good and we felt a bit stuck with what they had. Undercooked pizza and unimaginative menu in general. Drinks were small and very ligjt on alcohol.

My experience at Naay Boutique Hotel was extremely disappointing and unsafe. Despite having a confirmed reservation, my friend and I arrived to find the hotel overbooked with no room available. We waited from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for a resolution. Initially, we were told we’d stay at the Nomade Hotel, but this fell through. Instead, we were driven to a remote cabin by the manager and receptionist, picking up an unvetted man named Alan en route. This made us feel unsafe, as we were two young women on an unfamiliar island. The cabin lacked air conditioning, secure doors, and basic standards, leaving us unable to shower or change. The next morning, after being abandoned by the hotel manager, we had to pay for our own transportation back. Upon arrival, staff seemed surprised to see us, and we waited until noon for a room. Our first two days were ruined. To make matters worse, we noticed inconsistencies in how guests were treated. Other guests were accommodated at better hotels, even those who booked last minute, while we were sent to unsafe accommodations. The hotel’s overbooking practices and lack of care for our safety and comfort were appalling. While the hotel offered a credit, it didn’t compensate for the stress, humiliation, and loss of our vacation. I strongly urge travelers to avoid Naay Boutique Hotel, especially during peak seasons.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal muy amable, lo único es que al rededor y para llegar ahí hay muchísimos hoyos con agua algunos profundos deben arreglar de manera que al menos se pueda caminar. Pero en general el hielo muy bien solo son los alrededores y la comida debe mejorar.

Selve hotellet er rigtig fint, med lækre omgivelser, dog en smule større end vi troede. Der er lækker adgang til stranden der virker ret privat. Servicen er egentlig også god, men det er mærkeligt at de starter med at ville reservere 5000 pesos på ens kort ved check in. Frokost og aftensmaden på hotellet er både dyrt og utrolig dårligt sammenlignet med hvad man ellers finder på øen. Vi fik bl.a. en ret hvor rejerne var rå, og da det blev pointeret, så blev der bare grinet af det. Morgenmaden er fin, men dog lidt sparsomt fx bestilte vi pandekager med sæsonens frugt til morgenmad på et tidspunkt, men det eneste frugt der var på var 3 blåbær.
