La alberca: agua helada. Tuve que ir a otro hotel a pasar el día porque no era cómodo meterse. No tienen área de spa. Su área de playa está abandonada, nadie te va a tomar la orden si quieres algo, no hay toallas, la estructura es vieja y descuidada. El desayuno es terrible- chilaquiles malísimos, molletes el queso es barato. El jugo barato. Solo puedes elegir o fruta o molletes/huevo/chilaquiles. No hay área para fumar o te sales o te vas hasta la playa. El shampoo, acondicionador, jabón está diluido y no tiene un olor agradable. Parece que todos son el mismo por el color y aroma.

Las instalaciones de hotel son buenas pero no hay servicio de ningún tipo, es muy lejos de todo y Holbox la transporte es bastante costoso.. piénsalo dos veces antes de venir a este hotel

El hotel está muy bonito pero estaban cortos de personal en temporada alta y el servicio era muy lento para todo. Es un hotel de lujo y no servía la regadera de la habitación y no nos pudimos bañar bien ni un solo día. Tuvimos muchos inconvenientes.

The hotel was great, and so was the staff. The only negative thing i have to say is the island is overrun by can-ams that have caused a lot of damage to the island. There is a lot of ponded water from all the wholes left behind by the can-ams. As well a lot of trash everywhere and lots of construction in the island. Unfortunately, I would not return to the island because of this.
