Lei los comentarios previos y me daba miedo fueran cierto, tanto los de Facebook cómo los de Google y de esta página. A mí me encantó el hotel, la atención al cliente 10/10. Tuve un detalle un día antes de hacer check in, tuve infección en mi ojo y me prohibieron alberca. El personal se porto tan amable con mi reserva y seguimiento para reagendar otra fecha. En todo momento su atención fue excelente y respuesta. El olor de la habitación delicioso, el café y el baño increíble. No entiendo porque tiene baja calificación. Las albercas limpias,la comida muy deliciosa y la playa increíble. Único detalle algunas moscas pero es algo que al haber mariscos las atrae. Definitivamente regreso y lo recomendaré.

"Visit the beach club, don't stay at the hotel."

The hotel is located in a beautiful beach club, which I highly recommend visiting. However, I advise against staying at the hotel itself. It’s overpriced for what it offers and lacks both dinner and breakfast options. Once the beach club closes, you'll need to find dinner in Celestún, which isn’t ideal in the evenings. In summary, I suggest enjoying the beach club during the day without the expense of staying at the hotel.

No dinner options. No breakfast. Far too expensive for what you get in return. There are also a lot of mosquitoes in the evening and morning—they should at least provide complimentary repellents.

La experiencia fue terrible, las habitaciones son carísimas y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la regadera estaba inundada,el inodoro parecía un sauna. Tuve que pedir la devolución de mi hospedaje.

"A relaxing stay for your trip in Mexico with a beautiful beach."

The beach club was very nice. The staff was friendly and overall we had a great experience. We booked a full body massage and it was private in our room. The beach itself is very nice. The drinks and food are bit expensive.

We had a room without a bathroom. We knew that in advance and didn't mind. We had to share it with other guests but it was clean and good.
