Totem Beach Club - Celestun

Everything was great. It is a brand new hotel at the front beach. The services in over the average, and the pools are incredible, the rooms are big with comfortable beds. The food is delicious

The location was nice very well laid out on the beach

Some of the rooms did not have bathrooms. It was not very clear with booking that this was the case. If you read the fine print, it was there, but otherwise not. Also, most of the rooms were up small metal staircases

Location right on the beach, beach was beautiful and well maintained. Rooms had great views

There was no en-suite bathrooms. We had to use the public bathrooms to shower. It’s a big drawback

Está muy lindo el lugar, el personal amable, la habitación muy amplia pero mo tiene baño ese es un problema sobre todo en la madrugada

Excelentes instalaciones. Ojalá tengan más habitaciones con baño propio pues hasta ahora solo cuentan con una.

Totem Beach Club is gorgeous . Very trendy vibe . Many places to sit and watch the ocean . Easy to walk to activities and the center . I give it a lower rating because of the room. There was no bathroom in the room and no sink . Which can be very difficult at night especially for older people and little ones . The room didn’t have a writing desk. No coffee maker - the restaurant doesn’t open until 11:am. No tissue . It is about 15-20 minutes walking to the center for coffee and breakfast .Doable of course . I wish this Beach club the best of luck on their projects . If there was these amenities in the room I would book here again.

Reservé una habitacion y no aparece bien marcado que es baño compartido con todo el club. Por suerte el club no tenía mucha gente. No solo me pasó a mi sino a unas persoran que llegaron despues. El problema es que si llueve no puedes ir al baño o te quedas atrapada como me pasó hoy

The property is beautiful, the staff lovely, food delicious and the rooms clean and comfortable. The issue is the Expedia description seems misleading. When I booked the room it said 3 king beds. There was 1 king bed and 1 twin when we arrived. I had tried to contact the property several times to clarify this with no answer. The bathrooms and showers are shared with the beach club, but are very clean. I wish the booking showed photos of the shared facilities because it may deter guests without. I would most definitely stay here again.
