Convenient location. Clean room. Great overall experience.

Happy with my service as it was the cheapest hotel with good reviews in the area. I like the check in with a code vs waiting at a front desk for a key. Check-in instructions were clear and everything was hassle-free. Rooms are a bit small but if you need just a place to sleep I would recommend this hotel.

This was a bare bones hotel. no coffee maker, no tissue. But the worst thing was the parking-there isnt any. The 2 people I dealt with were very accomodating, but I wish I would have know how little there was to the room, how the light came in under the door and how incredible noisy it was because of some strange sound from the parking garage gate or some sort of machine.

Easy access, nice hotel, close to all the bars and restaurants.

Great value for the money. Good location 2 blocks behind Petco Park. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Close to restaurants, concenience store and Starbucks.

There is no front desk at this hotel, it's an apartment building that has been retrofitted to be hotel rooms. I checked into the room at checked under the sheets, near the head board. There were multiple small black dots on the mattress cover and I was concerned that 1) there was an active bed bug infestation or 2) an infestation was remedied and that cover was not swapped out. I could not in good conscious stay at the hotel. Further, the room had a strong cologne smell that was making me nauseous. It smelled like an abercrombie & fitch store. Messaged the hotel on Expedia and never heard back.

It was a great hotel to stay in downtown sd, Rita the host was very accommodating. I will be staying there again

I love the property. It is very close to gaslamp if you are thinking about going out at night and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby as well all within walking distance. Also, the train station is not too far. If you plan on doing that the place is a small but it is all you need and especially for the price. Definitely would stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. Rita was very nice

Our stay got off to a rough start. I paid extra for early check-in, but there was some confusion about which room we were assigned. The staff member helping us seemed to be working very hard, but it looked like he was the only person in the entire building, which I felt bad about. The room itself was much smaller than expected. If the check-in process had been smoother, I would have given a higher rating. For the high price, I didn’t feel the value was there.
