It is a newer and very clean hotel. Right off of Route 77 with a good restaurant right next-door.

It was really nice

The staff had really poor communication of how much money I would need and I didn’t end up staying because I didn’t have enough and they still charged my card anyway

Everything was great. If you are going to offer a business center, then at the very least have the printer working and don't ask me to e-mail it to you, because you know the printer is not working, get it fixed.

"Great Hotel"

No complaints about this hotel, the breakfast is pretty great (coffee was just okay) and the staff was very helpful and kind. The only thing I wish they had was a hot tub along with their pool, but we enjoyed using the pool. Rooms are nicely decorated, very calming hotel in my opinion.

"Disappointing"

Breakfast and lady who kept up the breakfast, did well.

THIN walls Bed TOO LOW (ESPECIALLY for handicap! Staff isn't helpful. Outside of hotel is NOTHING like online shows. PHOTO SHOPPED. Dirt/Rocks EVERYWHERE. Sink leaked. Toilet dirty. Hair in shower. I've got red-hair and it was long black hair. Told front desk and asked to clean. All I got was "WHY didn't you tell sooner?" We'd checked in first and then went to meetings. That's why. Left 2nd night. Just joined Marriott and credit card is to be here 7-10 days. Won't be needing either after this visit.
