Rooms spacious and well appointed

Breakfast terrible, everything was plastic and no real cooked food. Got over charged for an extra night on leaving and then when we queried it they charged again for another two nights. Took multiple emails and phone calls to resolve weeks later

"Visit from hell"

My husband and I were accused, disrespected, violated and offended for smoking in a room that we definitely did not smoke in. We live ten minutes away from the hotel, we don't need their room to smoke. We only went there to have some time together away from the kids. And we spent our hard earned money on a bad experience.

This was my first stay with a Residence Inn @ Marriott and it exceeded my expectations. Prompt response upon arrival with the front desk. The hotel was loony was immaculate and clean. I’m not sure who the housekeeping manager is but kudos to you and your staff!! From the grounds, to the lobby, elevators, floors to the room the cleanliness was SUPERB!! The room was outstanding! We stayed in a 2 queen room. Came with sitting area, full size fridge, stove top. I will definitely stay here again! Keep up the good work and attention to detail!
