Location and friendly staff

It was an older property but the room was relatively clean and I felt safe. I liked that it had everything that was needed.

M husband was meeting a friend that lived in Oregon and this was the half way point from our home. He said the bed was comfortable and place clean. He had no complaints and staff was very nice.

Great place located near the beach affordable and cute town plenty of dining options and stores nearby

The property had limited parking. If you own a larger vehicle its a tight squeeze to park in parking spots. The room was clean but lacked amenities. There was no phone in the room. Our tv was not working so we called the front desk on our cell. The front desk staff came to our room and said the roku stick was broken. He left and never came back. So we had no tv for our stay. The room was ok it was clean but was poorly kept. The bathroom door was hard to open and close, there was no hand soap in the wall mounted dispenser the shapmoo,conditioner and body soap dispensers were empty. Overall the whole vibe of the place was ghetto. We will not be staying there again.

Our stay was amazing. We really loved this hotel and hope to plan all our stays here. ❤️

When we first arrived 27 minutes earlier the lady said the room was not ready so we went back to the car for 3:00 pm check in. I think she knew I was a bit irritated that we couldn’t check in early and she came out to the parking lot to get us.. when I opened the door I chuckled as the room was super small. That didn’t bother me because it was super clean. I picked the cheapest room they had so it makes sense that it was tiny. Most important super clean..

Tsunami warning our first night so we stayed in another town at a different town off the cost. Couldnt get the money back for the night we didnt stay there even though it was a natural disaster situation. Everything else was fine.

I am not happy. The card used to book the room was charged a much higher amount prior to me checking in I was to pay the hotel upon arrival. This was not resolved during my 4 day stay. The bank will not release any funds due to strange activity with my account. Now home something will be done. what damage could we do we are 3 females in our 60's on fixed income.

The room is okay. It is clean and almost everything you need is provided. But I think the cleaners forgot to put hand soap in the sink. It is empty when we checked in. And the soap dispenser keeps on falling. Restaurants are very limited. You have to search early where to eat as restaurants closes early. most of them were closed around 8pm. Lastly, people in Mendocino are very friendly.
