The property is nice if you’re going to get high in the neighborhood with a scenic hallway. The room is very tiny and toilet size of elementary bathroom tiny sinks and disruptive neighbors. Tv stopped by someone cellphone on airplay. And enter to “clean” when think you’re not there without permission. If you ask for help don’t expect management to take serious. Paid 10 night stay left after 3 no refunds!!

As an employee with Lionsgate we’re currently starting production in Philadelphia. My job requires significant travel, so efficiency and transparency are key for me. I expect a certain standard of accommodation, and this place fell far short. Be aware of the incidental deposit requirement. While I was initially told refunds would take 3-4 days, and despite using Apple Pay (which typically processes refunds quickly), my deposit was never returned. This ultimately forced me to file a dispute with my bank. In addition there’s excessive Fees and Limited amenities Prepare for numerous additional fees. You'll be charged for practically everything, including late check-ins. They only provide one towel and two washcloths, and surprisingly, requesting an additional towel incurs a $10 fee – you could buy a new one for less There’s also restrictive Policies and Small Space. The check-in process is unusually stringent requiring you to submit three photos and agree to a host of non-standard rather extreme rules. As for the accommodations, the space is incredibly cramped; it's essentially a walk-in closet with a small bathroom. While there's a stove range, there are no pots or pans available for cooking. Sleeping arrangements consist of a top bunk and a lounge chair. I highly recommend taking detailed photos upon arrival and departure to protect yourself from potential disputes.

Nice facility, except no chair in room. I requested one and they said no. I requested a discount and they ignored me.

The listing didn’t say that the bed was a loft with a ladder. Also it listed a sofa bed available which was actually a chair.

I really wanted to have that big city experience and rent a small unit and this place really gives you that almost New York City vibe. I thought it was very well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. It could’ve used a bigger TV and maybe some basic amenities like coffee with the coffee pot or more than one or two towels. However, those are just very small things. I thought the building is very secure with multiple codes to get into each door and is very clean and actually a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again however I would request that they have coffee to go along with the coffee pot. Also to be fair, the host did text me and I did ask for towels and they gave me a code to a storage closet to get extra towels. I just was not able to get into the storage closet. I couldn’t get the code to work but they were very friendly and they were trying to be helpful, but I just couldn’t get into the storage closet to get extra towels so they did communicate very well and all of those things were very good.

They haven't returned the security deposit yet. It's been 2 months.

Nice and comfortable for what you pay for. Some issues and confusion around room situation but other than that it was good stay.
