I like the set up of the building

The room was too small, the bed was small and very uncomfortable, the ac did not work, the weather was over 80 degrees, the door keep not opening, I have to keep calling for them to open for me

Checking was very easy, convenient and not to have a front desk on site. Communication was excellent. The property was absolutely gorgeous

It’s a comfortable place, and although the space is small, it’s well distributed perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. The interior of the building is very nice, clean, and smells good. Something that had us a bit worried was parking, but fortunately, we were always able to park without any problem in front of the accommodation. There was always space available, no matter what time we arrived.

I didn’t like that a lot of street noise filters into the apartment; at night or in the early morning, it can be quite loud. Personally, I also don’t like that the curtains let in so much light from the street at night, the streetlights shine into the room, and in the morning, it’s very, very bright. It would be nice to have two types of curtains, like in some hotels, so the morning light is softer. I wouldn’t recommend cooking, especially frying, because the smell of the food lingers in the small space. As a recommendation, the pillows are due for a replacement.

I was beyond shocked with the neighborhood setting. It was filthy, garbage everywhere. Despite the heavy police presence, we felt anything but safe. Upon entering the building, the cat urine odor was vile! Our room, though it appeared to be clean and cozy, came with additional guests - carpet beetles and cockroaches. We spoke with “house keeping” the following morning, at that time we were not in need of additional services. We never saw her again.. no clean towels nor toilet paper (had to get our own) for duration five days. All of the doors are locked and coded for “safety” purposes, yet the crew working on the abandoned building next door, ran their extension cord inside the front door leaving it open and unlocked for hours! The second entry door.. the keypad battery died, locking us OUT of the building for a short period, as we could not enter a code to get to our room. Had there not been thousands of other people in town for a concert event, we would have definitely attempted to find accommodations elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and don’t be fooled by their great angle marketing! I would never stay here or any of their places again.

Location was great

Bathroom sink kept clogging, no hot water after 2 min in the shower, cabinet under sink was broken kept falling off. Downstairs smelled like a cat sprayed. Smell made me sick. Parking is sparse. I was there 5 days and no one ever came to my room and asked if I needed anything like toilet paper. Rooms are very very small.

Interesting location, could hear a lot of domestic disputes. But otherwise I felt safe and secure
