This is not a hotel, this is an AirBnB. Super shady. They ask you to venmo the deposit

The ONE time I didn’t read reviews before booking and I got burned! After you book thru Expedia you need to CashApp some guy a deposit for incidentals. CashApp WARNS you that people have complained it’s a scam. The area around the property was very “economically depressed.” Absolutely no way I would want to walk from car to unit after dark. In fact I was worried for my car! Of course property and Expedia refused to refund even tho I expressed concerns for my safety. I hope you are reading this and the other reviews before booking this property. I personally hold Expedia responsible for allowing this property to even be listed! That is why I am leaving Expedia.

You will not get your $200 deposit back. I wish I read the “real” reviews before booking, not “the good fake ones” that this property is blackmailing you to write just to get your deposit back. The location is dangerous and not even “ close to the center” as advertised- a lot of drug users and criminals all over the place. There was no heat and the wind is coming through the hole in the window where the AC is attached- if it’s not summer you will be frozen. The owner initiated me fake deposit payment via PayPal which of course failed. If he could he would probably just refused to pay me back, making up some fake reason - but I have left an apartment in a good condition and recorded a video of it before leaving- so I have a documented proof. I went on booking.com and read all the reviews from other people who never got their deposits back- and there is a whole lot of them. And the owner is just ignoring and pretending like nothing happened and thinking he will get away with that. I have already contacted Booking.com and filed the claim on PayPal. I’m also going to file a police report (thanks God I have a friend in law enforcement), contact consumer protection agency; and even possibly an IRS. I encourage every person who was frauded by those people to contact booking.com so together we can shut down this illegal scheme they are unlawfully running here.

I enjoyed it! The check-in/out option is great. I would only recommend bringing towels & picking up groceries/snacks before you arrive. Stores close early.

Don’t recommend

The Room was much smaller than expected.for the bathroom ,the mirror obstruct the small sink,make it difficult to wash my face and mouth,AC wouldn’t turn on but was ok with that.I’d give a 5 stars for cleanliness.overall the stay was good

Property is very secure.

I loved the convenience to our venue, the security measures, and the cleanliness of the entire place. Also, the amenities in the room were great.

I am short, so the bed was a little high. But, I managed. A little more room is needed to brush your teeth at the sink. I kept hitting my head on the mirror above. But, I like the cute little sink. Everything was satisfactory, though we didn't use much. The only thing I would appreciate is more space for parking nearby.
