Lily & Bloom

The room was nice but very small . I didn’t like that everything was virtual and you had to message someone everytime something is wrong or you have a question . It was a lot of mosquitoes in our room . The amount we paid I felt it should’ve been a little better.

The property was well maintained but with no one on site. Guests can do what they please. And it was noisy all night and no one to say anything about it. I had an awful stay. Other guests took over the pool. Ignorant to other guests no respect for anyone. Horrible experience here. Will never return

I like the housekeeping staff was so helpful and nice

Not like the picture at all, no couch. Terrible WiFi. Not able to get towels when needed. The deposit wasn’t made clear before reservation. There was also no fire alarm or fire extinguisher

Check in process was really convenient. My only complaint is we had neighbors out by the pool until 4am, you can hear everything from inside of your room music, conversations etc. Convenient location to walk everywhere, close to the beach and restaurants. Our room was clean and what we needed for a last minute booking.

The location is in the inner city near the beach. Pool was inviting. Room was clean. Setup like an Airbnb with no staff on location.

The hotel was in a bad location in the city. We checked in at midnight on a Wednesday night, and the hotel was surrounded by motorcycle riders in the parking lot who continually revved their engines, played their music very loudly, and circled the hotel. They behaved like a street gang and were very frightening. This lasted until after 3 am. We refused to stay any more nights, but the hotel refused to refund any of our money for the 3 unused nights.

We loved our stay! Such a cute hotel right in the heart of the fun.

Very quaint and basic. Nice pool area and right across the street from the beach access and boardwalk.
