I was very disappointed but never again they people having done things in pool that wasn't inappropriate in pool and table for smoking was nasty so i want to my car drove to smoke i will never stay there again ......cleaning .....no towels was changed compact one window for ....it was joke t..very nasty place....sorry i have deleted language but not giving you and good view ....

There were some damages prior to our stay and we needed to contact maintenance twice because of room errors. However located right downtown so it was easy access to the ocean and downtown! Overall, after the issues were fixed it was a nice stay!

Could not even stay here after seeing the room. it is false advertisement in the pictures and i was tricked due to some of the 5 star reviews. right before i saw the location in person, they told me to leave a 5 star rating in order to get free early check in. i thought it was odd but didnt expect anything other than what i saw online. when i got here it was so dirty and there’s no front desk to help. you have to call them over and over for hours to get any response. the room was dirty and small; there was urine outside the stairs to walk up to the rooms, took them forever to give me a code to go in the room and it wouldn’t work for the first room so they decided to give me a different room with two different codes, once i got in the room i booked a different location right away. i couldn’t stay here. the door didn’t even properly lock. my uber driver said the area is super unsafe. it was dirty, ac didn’t work. i left right away. not to mention all of the bad reviews say exactly what i experienced too. don’t be tricked by the 5 star reviews. they’re fake.

it was very clean

Small property, not many people. The location was about a minute walk from the beach, food, gas, grocery was no more than 10 min drive. Very pretty view of the ocean looking out the room.

Most guests didn’t follow the quiet hours time. People were running around yelling and in the pool right by our room door until 3 am. The microwave was interesting, and a struggle to learn to use. We did experience a leak in our ceiling, but was fixed very quickly.

Our stay was arguable less than ideal. When it came to check in the door code we were given was wrong and it took us four calls to the number provided before we were given any assistance. Despite the property being advertised as no smoking, and no loud noises after 10pm for the three days/nights we were there the only sounds you could hear at night were the other drunken patrons and the squeals of their children while both charcoal (grill), cigarette and weed smoke leaked through the door as well as the odd gunshot just off the property. On our second day my husband and I got locked out of our room for a total of an hour and a half in 96°F. It took us 6 calls to the property's advertised number, as well as having to contact expedia twice before we could get into our room. Despite calling 6 times each conversation went around in circles with a different answer from the two staff on shift. As advertised there is no front desk on property so if you can get ahold of someone then you're ok. Unlike what we expected, there is no housekeeping (if there was they never came by) so the limited towels and other linens that you get are all you get for your stay. Upsides; it's within walking distance to the beach, the air conditioning is cool AND if you're lucky, the person before you will still have their Netflix/Prime up.

My boyfriend and I stayed for four days and we enjoyed our time staying there. They provided enough items that were needed for two guests. It is small, but I think it’s very cute and very convenient. There are so many close by places such as restaurants and everything is a walking distance. Overall, we have definitely enjoyed our stay there and the employees are very professional and was there when we needed them.

They propert was great the only issue was there was always the same people at the only table and in pool all day long and never gave anypne else a chance to use them. I suggest more tables for seating. Other than that it was great.
