Coratel Inn by Jasper Iowa Fairfield

Comfortable room with newly renovated bathrooms. Enjoyed the entrance area with seating, fireplace and TV.

The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. The pictures do not accurately represent the actual rooms that will be stayed it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations clearly from the other room. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee, juice, toast, cereal or other breakfast foods. No water in the indoor pool. I know that the hotel is under new management but beware of this place unless that do remodeling upgrading rooms.

The place was rundown and the heater didn’t work right. Rusty door trim. Lamps were rusty. I had to fix the toliet so it wouldn’t run. Whoever installed the toliet inner parts didn’t adjust it right. Chain was short. Pool was empty and couldn’t be used but didn’t bring a bathing suit. The manager was super friendly though. Room was clean but bathroom also had a weird smell.

Very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice couch and spacious room.

They are upgrading the Hotel but it did not effect our stay. Great people. remodeled room for a good price!
