Coratel Inn by Jasper Iowa Fairfield

Friendly, courteous staff, clean room, located convenient to where we had to be, and complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed our one night stay

The room was too hot (75 degrees), and there should be a lamp by the small table/desk, not all on the same side of the room.

This was SUCH a wonderful property. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful lobby and common area. friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to this area.

We didn't even stay. We got there, saw the condition of the place and room, smelled the room and immediately canceled our reservation. They did not even refund us the full amount. It's such a joke. Hotels.com should remove this from their site. NOBODY should stay at the Coratel in Fairfield, Iowa. The young girl, who gets us, and said she was the GM, was barefooted. Her toddler child was waking around the check in desk eating and doing food everywhere. The "GM" tried to say the room smelled because the air was off. Not. Even. Close! Plus, the air should've been on. Oh, and she sent us to a room where there was literally nobody around and there was no ELEVATOR! She put us on the 2nd floor. I have stayed all over the world and never had such a bad experience. And again, they didn't refund all of our money.

It was very quiet, nice breakfast choices, kind staff.

There were no lights turned on for a hotel sign or exterior of lobby. The room was not as pictured. Window covers did not fit windows. Bright lights on all night. Seems abandoned . Eerie.

Management and Staff provided excellent service and accommodated every request and need. So pleasant and helpful. The room was restful and quiet; we enjoyed a very nice stay. No complaints.
