"BED BUGS! DON'T STAY HERE!"

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! BED BUGS! Staff was not helpful in the situation and refused to give us a refund. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. Manager laughed us off after showing pictures of the bed bugs. Room was also freezing cold and could not heat up past 62 degrees.
