Check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean.

The first room I was given had not been made up. The second one was clean.

Nice mattresses, good breakfast, wide hallways , well lit halls, good sized room, large elevator

Towels could have been larger. The AC unit had a whining noise after running for a couple of minutes

The hotel, staff and facilities were good. No issues with the hotel. Transportation is very limited if you do not have a car. Not terrible for an overnight stay but not much going on there. The area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy to us but probably okay.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The bar area was really welcoming and the bar tender was great! Breakfast in the morning was one of the very best I have ever experienced.

Convenience to interstate and Downtown. Very clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Breakfast was above average.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bedding was super soft, which was a nice touch. There's a nice bar area and a tasty breakfast.

The room lighting is weird. One master switch between the beds and no lamp close by to turn off/on while in bed (it's either pitch black having to find your way back to the bed without subbing your toes or super bright). There was one lamp, but it's in the corner. There isn't a way to turn off the bathroom fan, which was somewhat loud but tolerable. **NOTE: If you get the room with bunk beds, the bottom bunk is on the floor and NOT raised. It wasn't a big deal for us.
