Long delay a check-in as the desk clerk was managing 2 phone calls at the same time and had computer problems making the check-in difficult and SLOW.

Hotel amenities, cleanliness are excellent. Very spacious. Bathroom fan is extremely loud and there is no switch to shut off.

"Disappointing and overpriced."

Bed comfortable.

Almost everything. Room sterile with no artwork. Air conditioner loud. Fan in bathroom runs constantly- we were told this is to prevent mold on the ceilings. No bottled water in rooms but for sale in lobby. For what we paid a free bottle of water would be nice. Flimsy plastic water glasses- only 2 in room. Furniture cheap. No freezer compartment in fridge. Overall a huge disappointment.
