It appears that they are trying to spruce up the place, ie new bathroom vanity, painted walls. However, the tub was gross, grout around tub was filthy. AC turned on and off and was loud. Torn curtain.

There wasn’t a human to get ahold of when we had issues. When it said pet friendly, it definitely was- lots of dander in the air. I don’t think the air filter on the air conditioner had been changed. My husband started coughing within 15 minutes of arriving - because there wasn’t a human to talk to , Mark slept in our car he ended up with an allergy cold for 3 days following our stay. I also did not have a good night sleep.

Came from Kalamazoo, Michigan to Fergus Falls to visit a friend. The hotel was so cute and comfortable, the most affordable place in town, and the lady at the front desk was very funny and welcoming and super nice. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to town.
