Blood on the sheets, dirty pillow cases, no hand or shower soap, no toilet paper, dirty floor, loud ice machine getting used at 4 am, doors slamming all night, vehicle headlights shining in the room for 45 minutes

The bed was comfortable.

There was no plug in the bathroom sink which is a real problem for a contact lens wearer. There was one washcloth for 2 people. There was no hand towel. The hot breakfast was advertised as excellent. The "hot" was only waffles. This location was chosen based on the reviews as shown by booking.com and those reviews are not to be believed. That means booking.com is not to be believed.

The breakfast was OK enough. My only real problem was TV issues and when I sit in the room for 3-4 hours with TV issues I struggle to say I had a good stay. The manager was very pleasant and friendly which helped.

The clerk was friendly. But the heater in the room was noisy, the water tasted awful, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was skimpy. Bread for toast, some yogurt, coffee wasn't hot and probably made from the awful water.
