Crowne Plaza Nashville Airport by IHG

I areived an hour and a half before checkin. When I asked to be checked in early, i was told this was not an option so i had to wait in the lobby. I teied calling several times before my areival but no one answees the ohone; I was told the ohones were down. The space was standard, nothing too spectacular. The wifi didnt work which was a bi inconvenient. Overall the stay was just okay.

The room we originally checked into had a broken bed that would fall over when you sat on it and the ceiling light where you walked in was out. We got moved to a new room because of the bed but the AC didn’t work in the new room and one of those beds were semi broken too. Also it had coffee pods and all the things to put in it, even lids for cups, but no cups. Then right as we were checking out, we discovered they gave our room to someone else and we met them at the door before they walked in.

I can understand a few years ago when I made a mistake of staying at a quality inn and the battery went out on door lock for 3 hours and we sat out in hall. However, this is an upper end hotel and the dank keys don't work correctly. Also the staff was very nice. The shuttle to airport was more expensive than just paying the parking garage fee. I still had to pay Uber on way back. Fool me once shame on you. You won't fool me again

Gym equipment was non functioning for the entire stay and management did not address. Key card system was not properly functioning and card had to be reset each day.

Rooms were clean and staff was so professional

Excellent service and room, their system was down when we checked in, but they were very efficient on getting us taken care of manually and getting us into our room. By morning they were completely back up and running and continued to be very apologetic and helpful. we will be staying there again.

I decided to book this hotel. I went to get my room with my man. Their system was down. Okay cool. So we got turned away, and I asked for a refund due to their inconvenience which did not partake to me wanting to cancel. They said to contact my third party and I should receive my refund. Expedia tried helping me, but this scammer of a hotel refused to refund me even though I didn’t stay here. I wanted to stay here; I did not want to cancel. They are going with the plan of “I wanted to cancel and we do not give refunds.” I didn’t want to cancel. I had to leave the building because I could not be helped. I tried to call the hotel, but their phones don’t work. They never pick up. Don’t go there. They are cheeky and conniving. I hated that they didn’t refund me. I would’ve rescheduled as well but they won’t pick up my calls. So I’ve lost a lot of money.

This was my first time in Nashville & I was worried about being there alone with my daughter, but when we arrived to the hotel we felt safe & it was extremely nice inside. This was a great hotel experience, and I will absolutely book here again in the future. Staff was super helpful & it was a perfect stay!
