Great experience

Hotel Swexan is everything you could imagine and more! The staff is happy and helpful, you can tell they love where they work. The linens, room amenities, mattress comfortability and fluffy pillows were all just simply magical. Stillwell's Steakhouse is a MUST. Every detail in this hotel is something from a fairy tale. We highly recommend Hotel Swexan to everyone!

My stay was reminiscent of a recent European Riviera vacation thanks to the Missoni style in the rooftop pool furnishings. Very nice upscale edition to the Dallas luxury hotel portfolio. Food was well deserving of the highest ratings. Only one minor issue: the room door didn't close all the way. Had to force it closed when we left. One of the friendly staff members pointed it out to us as we didn't realize it wasn't closed. It seemed to only be our room as the others closed fully. Enjoyed my stay.

Love the swexan! The Swexan is my go to spot when I am in town. Staff and hotel are exceptional.

Stayed here for my birthday and it was truly one of my most memorable hotel stays in Dallas. Special recognition to Jose, Jordan and Leroy. These men aided in me having an unforgettable 35th birthday. What impressed me about this hotel was the stunning rooms, the service and level of professionalism. Handcrafted notes to beautiful fresh flowers on the table. The best hotel toiletries the list goes on and on. Can't forget about the delicious food and cocktails. Loved loved loved my stay and can't wait to return here

Great hotel in a great location of Dallas, the hotel really met our expectations. We found the staff and overall service was exceptional. The rooftop pool and the different bars within the property are all of a high standard, and we found the food throughout was really great. Overall it was a really great stay and i'd highly recommend this hotel. Just to add the gym and fitness facilities are amazing a great addition to the property.

Only a couple of minor issues, the TV was down for 3 days however this wasn't really a problem, I mean who travels to watch TV anyway. Also the charge for parking we found was disappointing, exceptionally high, around $75 a night, which is a shame as there is a secure underground car park over the round that charges $10 a day.
