Hôtel Swexan

Hotel was good, restaurant ok. Service and cleanliness was very good. The 7 course meal was definately unimpressive.

I had the outmost wonderful experience at this hotel. Reilly luxurious, friendly and informative staff, clean, and just beautiful.

Great small hotel. Lovely room though curtains do not black out room. Hotel staff seemed excellent- staff in Leonie a bit mixed - mean well but not used to UK guests. Would return happily.

A HUGE thank you to Stacy, Sylvia, and Ted for all their help leading up to our stay, especially in securing reservations for my proposal. Even with some last minute adjustments, the team handled everything with such care and professionalism. Their flexibility and attentiveness helped make the night absolutely perfect. Thank you to Ted for arranging the champagne after the proposal, and to the hostess at Léonie for confirming the timing so it would not be brought out too early. Everyone had the details they needed ahead of time and made sure everything went according to plan. The chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in our room when we first checked in were such a thoughtful welcome as well. I also want to extend a big thank you to the restaurant managers and staff at Léonie and Babou’s. Every interaction was warm and thoughtful, and the service throughout the evening truly elevated the experience. As someone who works in donor relations for an international nonprofit, I understand how powerful genuine hospitality can be. Creating meaningful experiences, anticipating needs, and making people feel valued is at the heart of what I do, and it is exactly what your team did for us. It was a beautiful reminder of how deeply great service can resonate. I will absolutely be staying at Hotel Swexan again, and once we set a wedding date, I plan to inquire about event space as well. Thank you again for making such a special moment even more memorable.

The whole experience was amazing. Stacy made the guest experience truly unforgettable! We are already telling family and friends what a great time we had. The views were stunning the food was amazing we even visited the samurai museum which was really cool. We will be back for sure!
