"Had a great stay, would definitely come back"

The room was a great size, full kitchenette with apartment sized fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, real china and glassware. Facilities were very clean, the elevator is really nice, you barely feel the movement and always smelled amazing. The pool was sooo warm, it was like a bath, myself, my husband, and my kids all loved that. The gym is a good size, not a tiny little space. The breakfast was good, not a crazy variety, but definitely enough. My only complaint, and it was minor, was the mattress wasn’t that comfortable, but it wasn’t horrible. And the AC was very cold, it wasn’t hard to get a good stable temperature in the room bc it either felt a little too cold or too warm. Other than that, great stay, great hotel, would definitely stay again

"10/10 would go back! SUPER CLEAN!"

It was SO clean. I am very picky when it comes to hotel rooms and this one allowed me to walk around barefoot which never happens 😂 I was very happy with the cleanliness and the staff. The whole hotel was still decorated for Christmas and decorated for Harry Potter which we appreciated as we are big Harry Potter fans. My kids loved the breakfast in the morning and the staff was super nice and accommodating when the pool wasn't working and allowing my kids around the lobby.

It was obviously against the hotels control but we specifically went looking for a pool and it ended up breaking down or needed to be cleaned or something along those lines. We were disappointed but still had a great time!

Space and cleanliness.

Wish the eggs,ham and bacon served during breakfast were hot instead of warm. Individually packaged yogurt should have been served instead of the ones where you pump from a machine so people have more variety. Serving hot coffee all day was great though.
