"Pleasant stay as always"

The staff were friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond. Breakfast was great. The waffles were a winner with my 5 year old. The room was clean and well stocked(towels, coffee and tea) we stay at the hotel at least twice a year when visiting family. We have never had a negative experience.

No French vanilla creamer and when I asked they said “ nope oh well” and went about their business.

First the hotel was incredible. Katie the receptionist who checked us in was superb. The room was truly wonderful. Very large and tastefully laid out. The kitchen area was very nice, the bathroom was exceptional, the water pressure made me envious wishing I had the same at home. The breakfast was not bad and filling. At check out, I had to thank receptionist Megan for a beautiful stay. Also, want to mention the very nice young maintenance man, what a gentleman and always doing a fabulous job at keeping the hotel lobby, elevators, hallways and the public areas looking so clean. Stay here, I don't think you will regret a moment at this great hotel. Good place to stay, friendly and diligent staff and rooms that get 5-stars. Respectfully, T. Dorman

Everything was perfect... absolutely no complaints, well worth the money and I would consider this hotel again when I'm in the Bethlehem PA area.
