Very comfortable room, bedding. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was very accommodating.

This place was unsafe for me! I could've had an asthmatic attack due to the high level of mold stink in room 117. As soon as we walked in we could smell it. We ended up telling the attendant at the front desk and checked out, could NOT stay overnight in fear of my health. Room was dirty. Do not recommend this place. I have filed a complaint and waiting for my FULL refund. We had to drive back home due to this issue.

Clean and nice room. My husband attended a pipe convention. I attended a little then spent most of my time in the room. I wasn’t feeling well and our room was a lovely place to relax. Our experience was top shelf

Hotel staff was not friendly. Room was average, floor by sink area had shoe marks all over it and bathroom door was splattered at the bottom with either mud or blood. No breakfast area. I would not stay there again.

Their wasn't a day that we didn't have to walk to the front desk due to our door key card not working, broken tile all over the parking lot from the crew working on the rooms, breakfast was ok not the best. The bed was honestly pretty good, vending machine was empty and the ice maker to me seemed unclean so we bought ice

Liked how the room provided for a microwave (did not use) and refrigerator.

Room had a strange smell when we first walked in.

The location was the closest to our event

Roomed strongly smelled of urine and cigarettes. Chain locks had been removed from our outer and interior door that connected our room to the room next to it where a group of rowdy men were outside drinking while doing repairs. Very off putting. The room wasn’t cleaned well and the bedding had yellow stains. We lasted maybe 2 hours before checking out and leaving. The front desk man was rude and refused us a refund.

Police activity at hotel for extended period of time and lobby was closed. Next day they claimed they knew nothing about it. Did not feel safe and will not return even though family is in the area and we visit frequently.

Smell was horrible inside the room not sure what it was. Toilet was loose water running in floor. Was given wifi password but when didn’t work I went to desk and was told it may not reach to back side of building which no big deal but still. Lots of construction going on on our end of the property but at the end of the night they are all out drinking in the hall ways and cussing and arguing with each other.
