Columbus Inn and Suites

Toilet was missing a toilet seat and was unusable. Room was musty when we arrived and had to open the door and run the air conditioner to be able to stay in the room

Breakfast leaves a lot to be improved. It appears that the staff does not think that breakfast is very important. The breakfast seems to cater to those people who want lot of carbohydrates. The breakfast needs more fruit + protein.

There was hair in the sink and shower looked like hair from trimming or cutting maid started bounding on door at 10 way before check out time floors were dirty bed made me itch all night not any good TV stations I booked a 1 bedroom handicap and got 2 bedroom not handicap. Had to walk outside to other end of hotel for ice machine none close to room no vending snacks working pool wasn’t opened

It needs a bigger sign- the small one next to the road is hard to see.

Was quiet first night 2nd night nosy no free breakfast tv had no good stations on it refrigerator did not stay cold could not turn it on. Was cleaner than last time I stayed and they did not honor the price the 2nd night. But they were nice and guy was very helpful.

Location of town

Beds had blood and what looked like diarrhea stains on the mattress cover. Also I received an email from booking.com that you could not do the reservation that I needed to call the hotel. So I did and prepaid the reservation. Two rooms, one night. When I checked into the hotel, the front desk agent checked me in under the booking.com reservation instead of the one through them that I prepaid. So I was charged twice for both rooms.

The location was convenient for Tryon International Equestrian Center - and affordable. I could not find the breakfast, not sure if there was breakfast?

The door latch had lost a screw, and did not add to safety and there was no bedside lamps, you had to get out of bed to turn lights on and off, which was inconvenient. It could be nice with a little TLC

I am in the process of trying to get a refund. I didn’t stay on property and left within five minutes having a no cancellation policy for that property is absolutely ridiculous.

Great continental breakfast. We were visiting family in Columbus.

Found many construction nails in the parking lot. Light at sink flickered off (possibly a bad light bulb).

Breakfast could be a lot better.
