We booked the same day and the check-in instructions were messaged to us almost immediately. There is parking right next to the hotel. The rooms are nice sized and the bathroom is very clean. We really liked the hotel.

Great location! Close to restaurants and shops. Room was nicely decorated and the concept of the hotel is great -- nice common areas for watching TV, making smores at a fire pit, and having access to a full kitchen. Also, having coded locks for entry to the building and room was very useful. I look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic place! Very clean. Bed was very comfortable! Had a lot of little touches that were very appreciated such as a wine opener, a steamer for clothes, and REAL coffee! The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and breweries. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the most pleasant and relaxing stay we’ve had in a long time. The room was perfectly modern and cozy. The shared kitchen and dinning space was also clean and very accessible. We enjoyed the outdoor space it was well maintained and fun! We’re definitely staying here again.

Everything about The Neighborhood Hotel is amazing and well suited for a weekend stay or extended long stay. I’ve stayed at the Grand Beach property before and expected the same conditions at this one and wasn’t in the slightest way disappointed. Staying right on the Main Street in New Buffalo with easy walking access to all the nearby stores, restaurant, and beach is perfect for a warm weather stay and a cooler stay. It was cozy and had all the right amenities. You don’t have to worry about a thing at this property. The bath products are CG Bigelow - body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Pump hand soap is Dr Bonner’s, makeup removal towels, steam iron, wine opener, etc etc. My point is that everything is right there for you. Check-in is easy via all the text messages that are sent to you and the staff is friendly and responsive if you need anything. Thank YOU!
