It was a quick easy check in and friendly staff

Very quiet. The staff were welcoming and awesome to see everyday. Any issues were promptly addressed. Kitchen is very nice. Full-size fridge is helpful for longer stays. Would return again!

The room was very dirty upon check-in and others in the lobby claimed the same as we waited for clean rooms. Once provided with new rooms, they were cleaned, but yet still dirty with dark brown stained shower curtains, and overall neglect that can’t be fixed with a quick clean

My room wasn’t very clean, I even have photos of the night stand with heavy layer of dust that previous person literally wrote dust in. Toilet and bathroom floor didn’t look like it was cleaned either. The building is fairly new and staff was friendly that I had interactions with. Park is easy.

Clean, quiet, had food in the lonby for purchase, kitchenette if needed. Bed was comfy. Id go back for sure

Never anyone around. Have to call for assistance. Not at all like the other My Place hotels we have used. The room was decent and there were no issues with the bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen. Liked how rooms have several plug ins for several devices.

I very much liked the hotel, but the room was not cleaned properly, I had to pick hairs all over the bath.. nice beds, nice staff, i will go back.
